Professional Skills & Qualifications * 8 - 10 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) * Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process * Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc) * Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments * Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration * High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools * Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources * BS/BA degree required

Overall
responsible for managing bank facilities and day to day transaction handling
with banks:
Understanding and managing various bank financing facilities (Bank lines management)
Understanding the business and placing the deals with bank to get the financing done.
Preparing and executing various documents for raising loans in Banks
Handling day to day financing operations
Reconciling the position sheets with the Banks and with respective desks
Ensuring correctness of Bank charges charged by doing various analytical procedures
Ensuring compliance to bank facilities
Cash budgeting, forecasting and analysis
Ensuring correct accounting of transaction related to respective bank done by the accounting team.
