Skill set
Completion of Secondary (12 years)

Knowledge and use of Computer-based production scheduling system.
Good knowledge of English.
Knowledge of Arabic is preferable.

PURPOSE:
To facilitate and maintain the site reliability improvement process for all equipment, develop reliability and integrity KPls and to enhance the usage and application of Computerized Maintenance management systems

MAIN ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
To facilitate RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance), IPF(Instrument Protective
Function) analyses to optimize equipment and system maintenance strategies.
To facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis process and identify corrective actions to optimize system and equipment performance.
To recommend reliability improvement strategies to Operations, Maintenance and
Technical management.
To maintain the Reliability, Availability, Integrity threats folder and promote awareness of improvement actions and opportunities.
To develop and implement reporting systems and scorecards to identify 'bad actors' and shortfalls in equipment and system performance utilizing the MAXIMO system.
To create and develop Crystal I KPI reports, to monitor maintenance performance and optimize maintenance process effectiveness.
To act as the site custodian of CMMS and manages the input, update, and clean up of database and entry of new Projects Data, in close coordination with the respective Project Team Members and the concerned Maintenance sections.

WELLWORK ENGINEERING
MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities
To manage provision of high standard
WellWork engineering design by ensuring safety for the wells and surrounding
structural installations where planned activities are to be performed. To
establish WellWork contracts, front end engineering, planning, budgeting and
endorsement of all WellWork programs in line with company's HSE policies,
standards, procedures and in compliance with local regulations. To manage
timely delivery of Well Work activities design and program through interfacing
with all concerned stake holders like Drilling, Completions and Workover
Engineering, Field Development, Field Production, LG etc. for safe and
efficient operations. To mentor and coach the Developees according to
Competency Assurance Management System (CAMS).
Manages planning, engineering, optimization and scheduling of WellWork engineering activities for surface and down-hole operations to meet the objectives and performance contracts in a safe and cost effective manners without impacting the environment and ensuring full compliance to company policy and regulation.
3. Reviews cost estimates and AFE's of the proposed WellWork activities for all offshore and onshore (islands)
operations.
4. Responsible to ensure that 'Well Integrity' and WellWork Operations' adheres to company's standards and procedures.
5. Approves technical programs for stimulation activity to meet Field Development objectives.
6. Provides guidance and assistance to his / her team to ensure technical excellence in all WellWork engineering activities.
7. Responsible to provide technical and managerial support including but not limited to pumping, wellhead and
Xmas tree, slick line, wireline, coiled tubing, well testing and rig based activities.
8. Accountable for the technically approve operations and integrity issues associated with both permanent and temporary safety critical equipment.
9. Conducts monthly PLAN-DO-REVIEW meetings on WellWork engineering activities.
10. Reviews and validates the collected data from field reports through QA/QC process and preliminary interpretation prior forwarding to concerned departments.
11. Leads to explore new technology and innovative ways of using existing technology for future Well Work operations techniques and deployment methods.
12. Leads the tasks assigned for updating the existing or developing the new operational manuals, standards and procedures by ensuring their alignment with industry best practices for offshore and onshore (Islands) operations.
13. Manages learning, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement opportunities within the 'WellWork
Engineering' team including implementation of new and innovative methods of working.
14. Manages continuous improvement within the 'Well Work Engineering' team via 'Lessons Learned Process',
'Post Well Review', 'After Action Review' and 'Disseminating Across the Well Operations Teams'.
15. Reviews performance management initiatives and ensures team members participation in the use of contractor Scorecards, setting and measuring performance targets and objectives (KPI's) and sharing the responsibility of meeting these targets.
16. Responsible for identifying the training and development needs of the 'WellWork Engineering' team.
17. Reviews computing needs including hardware, technical software; data gathering, transmission, analysis, storage and recovery systems requirements for the 'WellWork Engineering' team and coordinates with concerned department for acquiring them.
18. Works in line with company HSE policy and ensures that subordinates are aware of & comply with HSE
procedures, rules and regulations.
19. Manages 'WellWork Engineering' teams resourcing, succession planning, training & manpower development and especially focusing on developing national capability to meet the needs of future WellWork activities.
20. Participates in career guidance, counseling and coaching. Seeks stakeholder feedback on staff contributions & performances.
21. Oversees the development of Nationals through the CAMS program and beyond.

EPC1 22 KV/BF I&C COMM ENGINEER

Job Purpose
Offshore Engineer for activities associated
with EPC1 Brownfield Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) works with emphasis
on the 22 KV switchgear upgrade at ZCC and associated tie-ins to shutdown and
control systems. Responsible to ensure that I&C Systems Completions
activities, including testing and documentation, are performed and delivered as
per contractual requirements.
Principal Accountabilities:
Offshore Engineer for activities associated
with Brownfield I&C works including the 22 KV switchgear upgrade.
Support 22 KV I BF I&C Commissioning Lead with all interfaces between Electrical and Instrument and Control systems.
Support design Engineers for Brownfield I&C Commissioning.
Ensure that Contractor I subcontractor are conducting I&C work safely and in accordance with all Permits to Work and safety practices, with emphasis on Bypass/Override procedure compliance.
Provide daily interface to Production Operations I&C maintenance and operations teams to ensure that base business is not interrupted by I&E works conducted at existing facilities.
Facilitate alignment between Contractor and Production Operations Offshore I&C staff.
Assist Contractor with proper preparation of I&C related permits to work, and provide quality control for I&C job safety analysis submissions.
Ensure that Systems Completions activities, including all required testing and documentation are performed and delivered as per contractual requirements.
Closely coordinate all bypass and override activities with Production Operations during the transition to new 22 KV switchgear and execution of other brownfield work scope.
Responsible for loop checking for EPC1 facilities.
Conduct regular bypass/override compliance checks and rigorously enforce override policy as implemented by EPC1 team.
Support Electrical team and facilitate interfaces between Electrical and Instrument teams.
Support construction team with regard to I&C construction activities and support safety officers with expertise in safe work practices for I&C construction.
Witness I&C testing and commissioning activities and sign off checksheets and documentation.
Ensure that Contractor Red-Line drawings are kept up to date and are accurate.
Participate in on-site Risk Assessments and JSA development

• Identify and resolve issues prior to incident and adverse trends. Actively engage with Fabrication Team and Contractor Management to drive improvements in overall safety performance.
• Maintain familiarity with relevant HSE Codes of Practice and other HSE requirements, as well as XXXX and XXXX HSES related policies, programs, plans, procedures and guidelines.
• Identify HSE related issues that may affect XXXX Fabrication Team Members and contractors and works with the Fabrication Team, XXXX HSES Department, Engineering (loss Prevention). site personnel, IPMT members and contractors to help resolve related HSE issues..
• Review required HSE studies seeped and coordinated by contractors and Project, seek input and consultation from XXXX HSES and other Project and XXXX departments as appropriate and coordinate responses.
• Prepare and Review Fabrication specific HSE plans and procedures and gain necessary endorsements.
• Review contractor HSE plans and procedures and provide input to Project and contractor to achieve Project acceptance of contractor required documents.
• Ensure that any Fabrication incidents are immediately reported to management and XXXX HSES in parallel.
• Provide support for Fabrication related incident investigations and act as the HSE representative on incident investigation teams (as required).
• Promote. Support and participate in HSE Observation Card (HSEOC) program.
• Compile Fabrication HSE performance data and provide to management and XXXX HSES.
• Conduct Fabrication HSE site inspections and audits of contractor HSE program, plans and practices in conjunction with site personnel.
