Good knowledge of business & cross company processes and strategies and good understanding of how the business processes are supported by key IT systems (ERP, CRM, HR respectively).
Comprehensive knowledge of system design principles and methodologies including requirements management, change management, issue management, financial management and quality control
Ensure the all of the business requirements are gathered.
Manage and project the AS-IS process, TO-BE process, business process mapping and impact assessments.
Ensure that the business case is clearly defined; also identify the key success factors, current issues and potential solutions to measure the success of the project.
Collaborate with Project Architects and development teams taking part in solutions design.

Skillset SAP FICO (with Concur experience)
1)Experience of SAP FI and/or CO as systems designer or senior user on ECC 6.0
2) Experienced with at least three or more SAP end-to-end implementations
3) In the end-to-end implementation, undertaken roles in all key phases from Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live & Support
4) Experienced in Concur implementation with good understanding of Concur process & functionality. i.e. Concur administration, Concur Travel, Trip Request and Expenses and SAE files
5) Excellent understanding of integration points with the other modules
6) In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes such as Service Design, Service Transition, etc.
Skillset
1) SAP FICO Certification is desirable
2) Basic knowledge of Concur Configuration is a plus
3) Basic ABAP skills - able to write programs specification for interface is a plus
4) Functional experience would be an add advantage
