The Role
Our client is a multibillion dollar FMCG organization headquartered in USA. Spanning across 60 countries, the organization has over 200 companies segmented into multiple divisions.

The Accountant will be responsible for complete oversight of the Accounts Receivable function locally and will report directly to the Senior Accountant with dotted line reporting to the Regional Financial Controller.

The job requires:
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivables and collections
- Oversight of the AR function within the organization which will include setting up collection plans for customers, analysing customer spend waterfalls and developing strong internal control mechanisms
- Ensuring accurate and timely AR reports and assist with aging/debtor analysis
- Prior exposure to answering monthly bank account reconciliation questions, processing customer sales orders, collecting customer funds and invoicing customers
- Continuous monitoring of customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities

Requirements
- Should possess a relevant professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA)

he Role
The School Leader will be responsible for running the school by academically and operationally leading the academic community, casting and developing the school’s vision, managing the school’s business and overseeing the implementation of the transformation plan recently developed by the school. The School Leader will also mentor a young Saudi lady to become the school’s future school leader.

Reporting:
- Reporting on the school’s day to day progress to the Board representative
- Reporting on the school’s transformation to the Executive Committee
- The school leader will work with an executive committee board member to communicate to parents and the regulator.

Overall Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide academic & operational leadership of the school to ensure high academic school performance and efficient & effective operations
- Lead the implementation of the recently developed transformation plan, evaluate and report progress of the transformation plan.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties involved in school operations, academic transformation, strategic planning, and quality assurance.

Daily activities/responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership of the senior management;
- Strategic and day-to-day running of the three sections of school through the Senior Management Team, dealing with staff and pupils;
- The management of curriculum matters, through Academic Supervisors
- Recruit and manage high quality teachers and leaders by developing a plan to attract the best teachers in conjunction with management;
- Making sure that the academic and pastoral needs of all students, including those with special educational needs, are met by working with senior Academic and Student Affairs personnel to accurately determine students’ needs and ensure that effective programmes of support and guidance are implemented effectively;
- Leading school ethos through Speech Days, Assemblies, meetings of groups or individuals and letters;
- Overseeing student discipline by working with faculty and by building relationships with students;
- Evaluation of departmental work through analysis of a breadth of information and data;
- Monitoring student progress through exams, reports and the scrutiny of work.
- Forward planning to improve the management or facilities in the school, working through the School Committee and Executive Committee to ensure a programme of continuous improvement against agreed priorities.

Salary: 50-60,000 SAR per month along with additional benefits including housing, healthcare and flights, the detail of which will be negotiable based on experience

Requirements

QA/QC Engineer

The Role
The Purpose of the QA/QC Engineer is to provide support to the implementation, maintenance, monitoring and documentation of the QA/QC Programs for the Projects of the Company.

- Prepare and implement the project quality plan, project laboratory plan etc., in coordination with QA/QC Department to ensure an effective quality management system with respect to Company IMS and Contract requirements are established in the project.
- Responsible to organize, implement, conduct, and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the company’s quality policy and contract specification requirements of the project/division.
- To coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings etc. with project team and to ensure the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure the issue, amendment and recall of controlled documents.
- To work as a front line engineer and to co-ordinate with all inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made as per PQP and contract specifications and attainment of quality requirement.
- Liaise with client’s representative for conducting of day-to-day inspections of the project.
- Shall coordinate with the project manager/site agent regarding work performance and shall have the authority to stop in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected, and shall cancel the stop work order or non-conformance reports upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.
- Report to the QA/QC manager on the performance of the internal management system in the projects and any need for improvement.
- Provide technical support to the project manager and necessary guidance to site staff in submission of material for approvals, inspection requests, shop drawings, preparation of project quality plans, schedules, as built drawings, O&M Manual, prepare & update quality records, drawing control and to set up company’s established integrated management system in the project.
- Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits as per the annual audit plan as and when required.
- Analyze deviation, change of contract scope or delay, if required reschedule to meet target dates advising Project Manager for immediate action.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- 12 year’s experience in the relevant field, with 5 years in a similar position.
- Experience in quality and project management systems implementation.
- Good knowledge in inspection and testing activities and quality control of construction process.

Head of Commercial & Contracts

Well established Building & Civil Engineering Contractor is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial & Contracts. Working closely alongside the General Manager you will be his eyes and ears relating to the commercial delivery, P&L and exposure to ongoing projects. At present with 7 Number projects under construction the Head Office is alive with tenders, sub contracts and future work.

The smallest project underway is worth £14 Million & the largest sitting at just over £54 Million. They are looking for someone to commit long term to Bahrain to fit in with the 5 Year Business plan just signed off by the CEO. The business is keen that someone bring their family and settles long term to the region. Bahrain has some fantastic construction opportunities and can be a great place to raise a family.

You will be directly responsible for the management of 4 Commercial Managers and 9 Senior Quantity Surveyors. Everything pre-contract will be handled by the Head of Procurement & Head of Estimation so once the job goes live and hits sit it will sit directly under your watch. They are looking for hire A PROACTIVE character that has a track record of managing multiple projects in the Middle East. If you are currently based on a 2 Billion AED Project as No1 and looking to getting back to multiple projects then this maybe for you. You will understand the culture and also working nature of the Middle East.

Although you may well be keen to send a contractual letter the business generally is non confrontational in terms of how they deal with clients and suppliers. The business thrives on client relationships and has always done well with the Government, Developers & Oil/ Gas providers.
Requirements
The communication skills needed for this role are essential as you will have a large team with the growth strategy and also have a mixture of International JV partners with different ways of working. Our client has made it 100% clear that they only wish to talk with Commercial Managers that have a core experience within Contracting. You must have experience with coordinating and managing commercial elements relating to direct workforce’s and labour camps. The business is very much a hands on contractor that has a stream line management structure unlike many large European Contractors operating in the MENA region.
