Project/Plant Maintenance / DNSTW O&M
Reports to - Maintenanace Manager
Salary & Benefits Between QAR 11000 QAR 13000 + Single Accommodation + Transport.
Responsibilities :
Attend to equipment failure promptly for investigation and corrective action to ensure speedily restoration of plant operations.
Prepare and track all defects, expedite its corrective action and closure including clearance of punch list. Manage all contractors on site for defect rectification and warranty claim to comply with safety and environment requirement.
Prepare a master maintenance and calibration schedule for the I&C and equipments and perform scheduled maintenance and calibration properly. Update and file all maintenance and calibration records properly. Develop Standard Operation procedures for maintenance and calibration of I&C equipment.
Prepare a spare part and consumable list of all I&C and procure them promptly to support preventive maintenance.
Assist process engineer for Plant Improvement Project related to I&C works.
Provide training to all maintenance technicians to ensure all staffs understand their maintenance work and comply with procedure, safety and environment requirement for I&C works.
Prepare and review details engineering for I&C works of new project.
Carry out sourcing, request for quotation, evaluate and recommend procurement for I&C equipment and works.
Supervision of Installation work, program development works and testing and commissioning to ensure compliance to scope of works, time and quality.
Requirement :
Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and with at least 4 years experience in process control and automation.
Must be able to read engineering drawing (ACAD) & P&ID, computer literate and familiar with Microsoft programs and its software.
Possess god analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Good experience with the design, installation, testing and commissioning and maintenance aspects of I&C equipment.
Sound practical background in I&C equipment, such as PLC, SCADA, instrumentation and controls etc.
Knowledge of PLC control logic programming and SCADA systems is essential.
