Key
Responsibilities:
1. To work as a member of the training team to achieve the business goals and objectives
2. Compile relevant data/ information from Concept / Corporate / Territories and generate MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis in the pre-designed format, relating to training-operation team
3. Check and monitor the various reports being sent to various user groups and to ensure that all reports are accurate and sent on timely basis
4. Generate ad hoc / temporary business reports as required from time to time for management decision making by various stakeholders
5. Understand the exact requirement from the Concept training team and provide the best possible solution within shortest time span
6. Develop new report formats, tools and MIS system as per the requirement of the business (Customer service, training and management)
7. Report the areas of concern and significant variances to the management
8. Liaise with Vendors & Suppliers (Identifying, talking) to arrange Training Workshops and Seminars -arranging the facilities and transportation
9. Maintaining and updating nominations tracker & creating a feedback tracker
10. Assisting in training needs analysis for Backend Programs.
11. Reviewing existing product training modules and update them on a periodic basis.
12. Responsible for administering the Learning and Development activities
13. Scheduling, coordinating and territory management as per concepts requirements.

He reports to the Site Manager or to the Quality Manager, when present.
He Verifies & provides for the correct application of Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) plan & procedures, promoting any required corrective actions.
To assist, when present, Quality Manager in performing periodical Audits on Subcontractors activities.
To verify the activities of all discipline supervisors.
To identify any organizational or procedural defect, analysing critical points, arranging any corrective action together with the Site Manager and informing Head Office Construction Department Manager and corporate Quality Manager Accordingly.
