We are
looking for expert ServiceNow Developers and Senior/Lead Developers to join our
Service Management practice team in Melbourne, Australia .
Skills and Qualifications :
ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification (Essential)
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (Desirable)
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes. Foundation certification is desirable
Experience with CreateNow is desirable
Knowledge of client side and server side scripting - business rules, script actions, script includes, etc.
Experience in ServiceNow tool and applications like Incident, problem, and change workflows is essential.
Experience in implementation of Service Catalog and Configuration Management (CMDB)
Ability to work on web technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jelly Script,Web Services, etc.)
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience in implementation of Service Catalog and Configuration Management (CMDB)
Ability to work on creating and modfiyingServiceNow Workflows.
Experience with Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script.
Creation of script based Assignment and Approval rule.
Experience with custom related list, Creation of Access Control List with the help of Scripting.
Ability to design of Macros and Formatters.
Experience with CMDB modeling is desirable.
Experience with reports is essential
Knowledge of SSO Integration, Web Service Integration, LDAP Integration, User Interface Level Integration, MID Server Integration desirable
Ability to write REST or SOAP APIs for third party integrations desirable
Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the ServiceNow.com
Document and review of high level/ detail level design, code, test Plans as per techincal specifications
Experience with various Upgrade versions of ServiceNow(Desirable)
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery is desirable
Good Communication and presentation skills
Agile project experience is essential
Understanding of Helsinki Version is desirable
