underground stations.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Managing and coordinating a number of Metro Stations through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up and contractual close-out.
- Budgets and schedules, managing performance, reporting progress to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget.
- Providing leadership for a number high performing delivery teams.
- Managing the quality requirements
- Coordinating a delivery team and clarifying interfaces both between the team, and team/ external stakeholders.
- Lead all preparations for all Project Management reviews
