international contractor has an immediate requirement for a Civil QC Experts in
Asphalt, soils, aggregate, asphalt, concrete, earthworks, pavement markings, flagging,
work zone safety, storm water inspection, erosion and sediment control.
Candidates must have a PhD in Construction Management or Engineering and will monitor a number of projects.

fulfil the following criteria.
Knowledge and Skills.
1. Experience with computers and strong proficiency in software applications, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2. Ability to read and understand contract specifications, documents and engineering drawings.
3. Strong ability to communicate and reason with client's quality assurance personnel and technical experts, and field quality assurance, technical authorities and construction supervisory representatives.
4. Effective ability to host meetings, to engage in problem solving by bringing together key personnel, assigning action items and follows through to closure.
Qualifications.
1. PHD in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 15 years experience in construction.

Coordinator / Director from a Mechanical background for an Oil & Gas
project in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget. He will need to build credibility, respectful partnerships and apply rigorous and disciplined approaches whilst executing the delivery of the project in our existing portfolio of work. We are seeking a candidate who has capability in driving strategy and innovation as well as providing the foundations for a motivating and challenging work environment.
The project director will also be strong in the following areas; client liaison, construction management and providing guidance and assistance to project team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a creative environment and will have excellent communication and leadership skills.
