Job Description
Job purpose 
To achieve the Sales and BD targets for the company by strengthening the existing customer base & acquiring new customers.

Duties and responsibilities

Topline Sales: 
Achieve the agreed product wise, customer wise, segment wise sales targets

Key Account Management: 
Develop and execute Key Account plans for customers contributing 80% of business
Develop 5 key accounts who are preferable end user customers with more than $200 mn business base

New Product identification 
Identify and propose a funnel of new products

Qualifications , Skills and experience 
Sciences graduate preferably from the chemical/biological sciences background, with a post graduate qualification in Management.

Knowledge of and relations with customers in Europe, USA and Japan.
The individual has to be Skilled in multi-tasking. Ability to grasp techno-commercial aspects and align tactics/strategy quickly is essential.
Should have handled a sales turnover of atleast Rs. 20 crores per annum.
Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel extensively.
Experience of about 10-15 years with atleast 4-5 years of experience in American, European and Japanese markets.
Working conditions

We are looking for some one who is already based out of  Australia and hold a work visa . In this role, you will be charged with identifying and closing sales opportunities with the clients you manage, such as contract renewals, up-sells, cross-sells, etc. Additionally, you will provide a high level of quality of service to our customers.
