The Role 
* The fundamental job purpose is to support and manage the Finance Operations of Oman  * It involves networking and liaison with the key finance customers - Group Finance, Business Finance, Local Regulators, Statutory Auditors and Tax Auditors. * It covers preparing of professional / timely Management, Financial and Regulatory reporting. It involves ensuring the accuracy and correct presentation of the numbers through systematic processes, proper and in-depth analysis of variances and by providing informative commentaries.  * It entails knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IAS), Group Accounting Policies, Management Accounting Policies, RIWAC Policies, Local Regulations, and Tax Laws.  * It involves preparation and control over the General Ledger specific to Finance to avoid/minimize Finance operational risk. It also involves appropriate high-level scrutiny of reconciliation submitted by other departments.   * It comprises preparation and timely delivery of financial budgets and forecasts.  * In summary, the main job purpose is to be a value-added, professional and cost effective finance service provider to all interested parties, within and outside the Bank.   Key Roles and Responsibilities   Information delivery and reporting   * Prepare and check the accuracy, professional and timely delivery of Financial Reporting to Group Finance, Management Reporting to Local Management / Group, Statutory Reporting to Local Regulators, year-end Financials to KPMG / Local Regulators.  * Drive the improvement of processes with regard to the above with a view to enhancing cost effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy and integrity of the numbers reported and analyzed. Audit and investigations   * Manage the audit relationships and co-ordinate the various audits and inspections. These involve Statutory audits (KPMG), CBO inspections, Group audits and other investigations. Finance operational risk, controls and governance (including GL management and controls, expenses and fixed assets)   * Ensure the integrity and independence of the function. Keep a balanced approach between the businesses.   * Take ownership of the Finance General Ledger and monitor and manage the GL risk.  Budgets and forecasts   * Manage the financial budget / forecast process from a country point of view with a view to preparation of value added and professional budgets / forecasts including commentaries / analysis thereto. Services to Country Finance customers   * Prepare the Oman results for onward submission to the Country CEO and CMT.  * Coordinate with business finance to get quality analysis of results and financials: income, cost, debt charge, yields and balance sheet.  * Coordinate with business finance to get accurate monthly forecast by value center for onward submission to Group Finance.  * Check and analyse the Group financial packs / Management packs on monthly basis.   * Ensure the preparation of Daily balance sheet and the circulation of the same to the concerned and respond to the queries thereof. Requirements 
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years' career experience in LEED certification for airport or building projects, partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.  LEED qualified and experience in implementing LEED certification during construction stage.
