Front-line staff in guest relations; key role in the registration (checking in and out of children); key role in cashiering and cash handling; key role in security; key role in retail; promote products, programmes and the facility as a whole; provide information about products, policies and procedures of the facility; assist the Reception Team Leader; provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the operation.
