Job Description
We are looking out for BIM professionals for Qatar Location with sound international projects exposure and who can join us at the earliest:

Preferably and architect/civil engineer with over 10 years of experience on BIM modeling
Having project experience of BIM implementation on Road, infrastructure and utilities projects is highly recommended
Having project experience of BIM implementation on hospitals, stadiums, airports, stations and mixed use facilities
Software skillset as follows:
Autodesk Building Design Suite (Architectural, Structural and MEPF)
Navisworks
Bentley AECOsim (Preferable)
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
The selected candidate will be required to be perform the following tasks:
Support selecting the right BIM systems, defining required data structure and processes to enable the delivery of structured, coordinated and accurate information.
Coordinate the project needs for BIM related IT solutions for design/construction processes; update project procedures and ensure compliance with those standards and methods.
Ensure that CAD and BIM data is compatible, consistent and accurate
Ensure the BIM processes serve the engineering and business requirements of managing multi-discipline collaborative workflows, CAD QA, Clash resolution, program linkage, construction sequencing and quantification
Support production and management of all BIM relevant design data
Provide training on the defined BIM procedures to Clients team members that are providing information to the process or require information from the BIM for their own work.
Prepare and hold required coordination meetings.

Job Description
-- Acting as Lead HVAC Engineer.
-- Planning, scheduling and execution of discipline activities and deliverables, including manhour estimating when requested.
-- Manages discipline work to the required project schedule and manhour allocation, including requesting personnel as identified by the plan, and day-to-day supervision of HVAC discipline personnel on the project. This includes approval of timesheets, holiday approval and overtime approval where delegated.
-- Acting as originator (or checker) and approver (where necessary) for all HVAC engineering deliverables (philosophies, specifications, datasheets, calculations, studies, reports, VDRFs etc), whilst following all operational procedures.
-- Acting as discipline checker and approver (where necessary) for all HVAC Design deliverables (D&IDs, DFDs, GAs etc), whilst following all operational procedures.
-- Coordinating with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensuring that other departments input is incorporated.
-- Reviews associated system drawings, Basis of Design (BOD), Project Execution Plan (PEP) and all relevant client provided data.
-- Performs sizing of HVAC equipment to the degree necessary for the stage of project in order to meet project requirements.
-- Ensures equipment compliance with package electrical, structural & instrument specifications, as well as applicable code requirements and national / international standards.
-- Prepares enquiry requisitions in Pacesetter.
-- Performs Criticality Ratings for equipment packages.
-- Evaluates bids & prepares technical bid evaluations & provides input to joint purchase recommendation.
-- Reports on work status/problem areas/needs on a weekly basis.
