Service Advisor: Aftersales Department

To create outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care & to maximize service sales and profitability by selling core, value added and incremental products; Schedule Service Appointments; Obtain customer & Vehicle data and reviews vehicle history prior to the arrival of the customer; Greeting the customer in a timely manner; Answer customer calls in timely Manner; Advice the customers on the care of their car and the value of maintaining their vehicles; Notify Team Leader of Incoming work; Check on the progress of repair whole day of all the Job cards created; Provides Accurate and complete written cost estimates of labour and parts; Write up customer’s vehicle problem accurately and clearly on the Job card; Contact customers if any changes in the Job card need to be done and advice those on the reason for change; Implement and maintain service marketing programs; Obtains customers signature on repairs orders and provides customer a copy of the same; Maintain high customer satisfaction; Ensure final inspection has been carried out before delivering the car to the customer; After the service of the car initiate the invoice process; Personally hand over the car to the customer and ensures the customers satisfaction is met; Explain the complete work done by the service team and also the charges for the customer; Ensure customer vehicle is clean and well serviced before the delivery of the car; Ensure the customer is well informed of any delays in the service timings and hand over of the car.
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma 
- Sales and Communication Skills
- MS Office & Kerridge Autoline 
- Mercedes – Benz experience is a must 
- At least 2 to 5 years in automotive

Workshop Team Leader

The Workshop Team Leader is responsible for rapid and appropriate maintenance and repair of customers' vehicles with consideration for the guidelines issued by the manufacturer; Responsible for ensuring that repair jobs are carried out completely and correctly by mechanics in accordance with guidelines and regulations; Performing regular internal quality measures; Ensuring flawless work quality by means of suitable workshop equipment, test instruments and methods; Responsible for operational and traffic safety of customers' vehicles within the framework of the repair work to be performed; Technical support to mechanics in preparing diagnostics and performing difficult repairs; Leadership, instruction and motivation of the employees who report to him or her; Ensuring an efficient information centre for all productive staff; Carrying out technical final checks after order processing; Planning and carrying out training and further education measures for mechanics and industrial apprentices; Checking of all repair and maintenance jobs placed with third parties to ensure that the quality and deadline keeping is correct; Organising order planning based on mechanics' qualifications, if necessary in consultation with the Service Advisor; Continuous matching of current workshop capacity with order deadlines, in consultation with the Service Advisor and Service Assistant; Responsible for workshop capacity utilization; Organisation of parts provision for mechanics; Observance and compliance with applicable repair conditions; Optimisation of workplace utilisation in the workshop; Checking that hazardous substances, waste and disposable materials are handled and stored correctly in accordance with waste disposal regulations; Conclusion of disposal contracts with appropriate companies, and checking of compliance; Monitoring of compliance with environmental and health and safety regulations; Monitoring and organisation of cleanliness and tidiness in the service area; Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering 
- At least 5 years of experience with Mercedes – Benz experience is a must 
- Certified Diagnostic Technician by Mercedes Benz 
- Readiness to offer high level of commitment; Self-assuring; Positive attitude; Reassuring and friendly handling of customers; Ability to promote contact, teamwork and to motivate; Leadership qualities; Customer-oriented thinking and actions; High level of quality awareness 
- Qualified motor trade expert 
- Several years of practical professional experience

- Attendance of all relevant further education programmes offered by the manufacturer's service training 
- Driving license 
- Knowledge of a foreign language would be an advantage 
- Good PC/IT knowledge

System Technician: After Sales

Functions as a skilled level Technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair; Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance to standards and procedures; Ensures all documentations are attached to the job repair according to standards; Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts; Ensure that parts availability before carrying out the repair; Gets a warrantee decision from the warranty department before carrying out any warranty repair. Carry out the repair within factory time; Saved and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer; Ensures warranty department signs off as receiving warranty return parts on Repair Orders; Examines assigned vehicle to determine if future safety or service work is required or recommended; Communicates with the Team Leader immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time; Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order including an accurate legible customer complaint cause and correction as performed; Consults Team Leader to assist in diagnosis of unusual problems. Supervises work of technician helper as assigned; Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to Team Leader; Understands, keeps abreast of, and compiles with state and local regulations such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
- Auto Diploma Technician or any related technical field 
- At least 3 to 5 years in automotive with Mercedes – Benz experience is a must 
- Certified System Technician by Mercedes - Benz 
- Trade Certificate - Auto Technician 
- Auto line software knowledge is an added value 
- Auto Spare parts knowledge 
- Fluency in English 
- Arabic is an added value
