Job Purpose
The CRM Campaign Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between marketing and analytics, using data to drive campaign selections and database segmentation, whilst analysing current and past campaigns, with a view to making business recommendations which will contribute to the business continued success.
The CRM Campaign Analyst will have a detailed understanding of how CRM and databases work, and will leverage their experience with database query and reporting tools, to strategically deliver business value, maximize revenue and help drive customer value, via targeted multi-channel digital communication campaigns via Email, SMS and Push notifications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ Exact Target.
Day to day, youll work with the customer database, creating data targets and segmentation for digital communications, including forecasting and post campaign performance reporting.
Youll be a highly strategic individual, with a commercial outlook, but with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment. You must have had prior experience within an analytical role in a marketing team, and must have a good knowledge of direct marketing channels (email/ SMS/ Push).
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
Optimise the performance of Exact Target campaigns and aiding the personalisation and segmentation strategy of the CRM team.
Create and maintain customer segmentation and data sets within Exact Target.
Effectively translate requirements from data briefs through to data delivery and action campaign counts, selections, reporting and data management
Work closely with internal business stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and specific data requirements, ensuring that deployments are in alignment with client needs, expectations, and goals
Work closely with Analytics team ensuring all campaign outputs are clear and will not impact automated reports or require workarounds in order to track campaign effectiveness
Follow deployment schedule and setting timeline expectations with internal team
Work with the Digital Communications Developer to ensure all campaigns have the relevant tracking in place to enable accurate campaign performance reporting
Provide support to other team members to ensure flawless execution
Manage production lists, seed lists, and proof lists for deployments based on provided specs
Support design of test and control cells to ensure robust measurement criteria are in place for all campaigns
Support the Communications team set up trigger based communications in Exact Target using performance, purchase and behavioral data
Where applicable, work with the Campaign Coordinators to build and activate automations in both Automation Studio and Journey Builder
Support & implement Test & Learn strategy, ensuring all tests can be implemented & analysed efficiently
Work with Digital Communications Developer to ensure that ET Cloud Pages are maintained and kept updated
Gain a full working knowledge and understanding of the database in order to provide technical and data advice to other teams
Ensure secure delivery of campaign data to suppliers for fulfillment of Direct Marketing campaigns
Documenting, training and communicating tool capabilities internally
Working with Exact Target to monitor deliverability and inbox placement of communications
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Financial

Accurate and Timely circulation of all reports
Support the fulfillment of DM requirements as per agreed campaign SLA

Experience: Min. 6 years of Commissioning experience in Pipeline Projects with large EPC/Construction companies in Oil & Gas Industry. Out of which at least 08 years should be in pre- commissioning, commissioning and handover in EPC Plant Projects in Oil & Gas Industry. Additional experience in pre-commissioning and Commissioning of pipelines will be an added advantage. Similarly, experience in operation and maintenance of plants and pipelines will also be advantageous.
Specific Requirement:
He should
have adequate exposure to Safety systems (such as fire suppression Project Site
systems), Utility systems (such as Instrument Air Systems, HVAC systems),Office
Electrical Power systems and Control systems.
He will
independently lead a team of Engineers and technicians and commission the
Systems, assigned to him, and complete the necessary turnover
documentation.
During the
pre-execution phase, the candidate will need to generate Procedures and manuals
for performing pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Operation of the plant. As
such, he should have excellent communication skill, oral and written.
