GRADUATE WITH MBA FROM A REPUTED INSTITUTION. SPECIALIZATION IN MARKETING. EXPERIENCED IN SHOWROOM SALES AND SHOWROOM NETWORK MANAGEMENT, IN THE CAPACITY OF MANAGER IN ANY REPUTED ORGANIZATION/S IN PERFUMES OR FASHION WEAR & ACCESSORIES. 4-5 YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. SHOULD POSSESS EXCELLENT ENGLISH VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. BUT HE WILL HANDLE 10-15 OUTLETS AND INSTITUTIONAL SALES. POSITION: INVENTORY ASSISTANT
OVERVIEW
Manage the day to day Inventory functions of the Retail Division. Ensure acceptable levels of material and products in accordance with Inventory Cycles and Organizational philosophy. Carry out Inventory analysis to resolve inventory problems, implement Inventory Control procedures, and coordinate physical cycle count.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
MRF scanning
Stock take analysis
Follow up on regular delivery schedule
Emergency requirements
Customer orders
Preparation of export documentations
Determine the reason for out of stock situation, initiate necessary action, & replenish the stock
Ensure price tags are supplied to all the outlets
Monitor the stock level with the average sale & ensure sufficient stock in all outlets
Update discontinued & out of stock items in the system
Closely monitor & keep a track of trading items. (plastics, shopping bags, MSA books, yellow caps jars, attar bottles, etc..)
Ensuring that none of the discontinued items are sent to the outlets
KEY JOB DELIVERABLES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Inventory Control within the stocks of assigned outlets
An accurate analysis report of stock takings.
Reduction of losses & Strengthening the Inventory Control.
Co-ordination with Transport..ers for timely shipping of material to overseas outlets.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Academic : Graduate in any discipline
Experience : 3- 4 years of similar experience in any retail organization
Knowledge Basic Inventory Control.
Knowledge of SAP & ERP
Computer proficiency in Excel

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Operational and strategic accountabilities

1. Directly accountable to deliver agreed sales budget and ensure a healthy pipe line of sales backlog
2. Provide direct assistance to the Regional sales teams with sales proposals and advice on tactics for major/strategic impact sales activities
